Shipping & Returns

 Shipping Policy


We base our shipping charges on the weight of your order. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we'll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we'll only charge you once for the charges that apply to the total value of your order. Overnight and 2-Day deliveries require a signature. For all other methods of delivery, we recommend that someone be available to accept the package.

If you choose to upgrade your shipping to 2-Day or Overnight, your order must be received
with credit card authorized by 10:00 a.m. EST (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within
the United States) or your order may not be processed until the following business day.
Orders will be processed and shipped once we receive credit card authorization. For more
information about payment options, click here.
Deliveries to PO boxes will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. There is no tracking
 service available for these shipments.
US Territories-Most items may be shipped to American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia,
 Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Marianna Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands
via USPS Priority Mail. You can expect your order to arrive 3-5 business days when placed by
10:00 am EST Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
International-Other than the U.S. Territories we cannot ship to any other destination outside
 of the United States at this time.

We offer the following convenient delivery options:


Products shipped outside the Continental United States
  • Alaska / Hawaii - All orders sent via 2-day or overnight per the rates listed in table above
  • US Territories - All orders sent via 3-Day USPS Ground for a flat rate of $15.95
  • APO/FPO - Timberland proudly supports our brave men and women in the armed forces. In honor of their service, all orders receive FREE Ground Shipping

Products shipped within the Continental United States

Shipping Method: Pending order verification and credit approval (which may take 2-3 business days), orders placed prior to 10 a.m. EST (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States) and shipping to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address will arrive as specified above. Overnight and 2-Day deliveries require a signature. 

Ground, within 3-5 days.
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 full days. Delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States. 

2-Day
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2-Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days when placed by 10:00 a.m. EST Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States. 

Overnight
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day when placed by 10:00 a.m. EST Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States. 

Alaska or Hawaii - 2-Day
Most items may be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days when placed by 10:00 a.m. EST Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States. 

Military APO/FPO Addresses
APO/FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for delivery from the APO/FPO to the recipient. Once the package has been delivered to the APO/FPO, timberland.com is not responsible for possible delays nor can we track the shipment. 

PO Boxes
Deliveries to PO boxes will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. There is no tracking service and expedited shipping is not available for these shipments. 

US Territories
